International Shipping

We currently maintain delivery options for selected products to the following destinations:

• North America: the United States and Canada
• Asia-Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand
• Europe and other supported destinations: Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom

Product availability, shipping methods, and delivery coverage vary by product and destination. A country appearing above does not mean that every product can be delivered there. The product page and the shipping options available at checkout will indicate whether the selected product can be delivered to your address.

If a product or destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at orders@higooga.com. We may be able to check an individual request with our fulfillment partners, depending on product availability and available shipping channels. Alternative arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis, are not guaranteed, and may involve a different delivery timeframe or an additional shipping charge. We will confirm any available option and cost before asking you to proceed with the order.

Complimentary Shipping

To make your shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, our products include complimentary standard shipping wherever this service is available, regardless of the size or quantity of your order.

Large and heavy items may be shipped using Ocean + Express to provide a cost-effective delivery service. For selected products, a subsidized paid upgrade may also be available to reduce delivery time. Available options and any additional charge will be displayed at checkout.

For a small number of destinations where complimentary standard shipping, or Ocean + Express for large and heavy items, is unavailable, a supplemental shipping fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Optional paid shipping upgrades, such as expedited or priority delivery, are normally non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. This does not apply where Higooga is unable to provide the paid shipping upgrade or where a refund is required by applicable law. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping Timelines

Order processing normally takes 1-5 business days.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination, product, and shipping method. The estimates below begin after dispatch and do not include order processing time. We will email you when your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, severe weather, port congestion, carrier disruption, public holidays, and other events outside Higooga's reasonable control may affect delivery. If the applicable estimated delivery period has passed, please contact orders@higooga.com with your name and order number so that we can review the shipment.

Shipment Methods

We use trackable shipping services for all orders.

Standard Shipping

This usually refers to delivery by air.

Ocean/Rail + Express

Delivery is made by ocean or rail from the warehouse to the destination country, followed by local express delivery.

Shipment & Order Tracking

We will email you after your order has been shipped and provide the available tracking information. You can then track your order using the order or tracking details provided in our email.

For large and heavy products shipped using Ocean/Rail + Express, tracking may not update until the shipment reaches the destination country, clears customs, and is transferred to the local delivery partner.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

Depending on the destination, order value, and local import rules, an order may be subject to sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, brokerage charges, or other import-related fees.

Where Higooga collects or includes an applicable tax or charge, it will be reflected at checkout or in the order total. Unless a charge is expressly shown as included, any tax, duty, or import fee imposed by the destination authority or carrier will be the recipient's responsibility.

If additional payment is required after dispatch, the carrier or customs authority may contact the recipient. Higooga does not control charges imposed by local authorities or carriers.

Sales Tax, VAT and GST

For United States orders, applicable state and local sales tax may be collected at checkout. The United States does not use a national VAT.

For orders delivered to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other destinations that use VAT or GST, the tax may be collected at checkout or charged upon import depending on the destination, order value, and applicable shipping arrangement.

Tax and import rules vary by location and may change. We recommend checking with the relevant local authority if you need confirmation before placing your order.
