Enjoy Free Shipping On All Orders
To make your shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, all of our products will come with free standard shipping, no matter the size or quantity of your order.
Heavy and large size items will be shipped via the "ocean + express" option to provide you with the most cost-effective service. For select products, we also offer a choice for a subsidized upgrade to reduce shipping time. You will be able to see these options at checkout if they are available.
Unfortunately, for a small number of locations where standard free shipping (or ocean+express for heavy and large items) is not available, customers will be asked to pay a supplemental shipping fee. This fee will be displayed at checkout. We aim to deliver to as many locations as possible, and this small fee will greatly assist us in doing so.
Optional paid shipping upgrades (such as expedited or priority delivery) are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Shipping Timelines
We start processing orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Depending on the manufacturer's and our inventory, processing normally takes 1-5 days.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. We will email you when your order has been shipped.

Shipment Methods
We provide trackable shipping on all orders.
Standard Shipping: usually refers to delivery by air
Ocean/Rail + Express: delivery by ocean or rail from warehouse to destination country, followed by express on-ground shipping.
* Due to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, some shipments to the UK & Europe might experience a slight delay. Rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and doing everything we can to ensure that your order is promptly delivered.
Shipment & Order Tracking
We only shipping service that are provide trackable.
We will email you after your order has been shipped. You can then track your order using your name, order number, or tracking number provided in our email.
For large size and heavy products that are shipped by “Ocean + Express”, tracking is only available when it reaches the delivery partner at destination.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
Depending on your location, customs fees, taxes, or import duties might be imposed and chargeable to your orders by your local customs office. While we will try to cover most of the required costs when we ship out the products, please be aware of possible local charges as they will be the recipient's responsibility. Higooga does not collect duties and import taxes at checkout on behalf of shipping carriers. If additional fees are required, you will be contacted either by the carrier or customs office upon the package's arrival at the destination country.
VAT
Some countries, including the US, EU and the UK, requires e-commerce businesses to collect VAT at checkout. The value of the product eligible for VAT collection varies by country. Unless otherwise stated, most of the items that requires VAT payment should be included in the price that you pay. Otherwise, for items of value above a certain threshold, you will be required to pay VAT when the product reaches your destination country.
We suggest that you check with your local authority for details on VAT payments.
